After a long break for some things we really need to do, we finally managed to get back and keep Blasting Mind running actively again. Yes people, Blasting Mind is back to bring you again the latest news and updates about anything around the world.

Hello WordPress fans, the WordPress Blog just posted a new announcement, they just released the WordPress 3.0 Beta 1 and ready for download! Yes, for those who love Beta testing new WordPress platforms, this is you time. The WordPress team encourages people to try the newest Beta version of WordPress.Why? Because if you try it out, and see some glitches or bugs, you can report it right away to the WordPress team so that they can fix it. And with that, you just helped the team to make the newest version of WordPress even better.

The WordPress Blog also said that the WordPress 3.0 Beta 1 got a lot of new features, including the new default theme, and a lot more. So if you want to try the WordPress 3.0 Beta 1, you can download it right here.

BlastingMind.com just got a blast on its first day here in the blogosphere. We just got very good comments from you guys, and got 10 readers via Feedburner! That’s fast. And we also got a nice number of visitors here. We’re very glad that you welcomed us here very nice.

And right now, to make this blog more competitive, I invited some of my classmates in our class. I asked them to contribute on this blog. Blastingmind.com is just a newly established blog here in the blogosphere. And I want this blog to be a remarkable one. I mean, I want this blog to be known in the whole world as a blog with cool, simple and fast-loading appearance.

I am using the theme Cleanr by WPShoppe. Then, to add some spice, I customized it. I put a clean (and amazingly fast-loading) background, and a nice logo that fits the main theme/niche of this blog.

The process took only almost an hour. The only thing that gave me some “hard time” was the concept of the logo. I thought of creating a logo with fancy things around it. But like I said earlier, I want this blog to be fast and simple. So I just created a simple one. The finished product was nice, having a simple name on it and a small comic cloud.

Finally, I got BlastingMind.com worked properly. From digging my new webhosting account control panel to choosing the right WordPress theme, this blog really gave me some stress. But it’s ok. It’s normal.

What are my plans with this new blog? BlastingMind.com is like a news blog, tech blog, entertainment blog, personal blog – anything! I want this to be a blog that has the right freedom to post anything that is cool and really got our mind blasting.
